Sunday April 27th 1924
Rob took Hattie and me to S S and came for us
when church was through. After dinner we took Fannie
with us for a ride. Read the papers. Hattie and I
went to The Presbyterian church to a play. Rob took us.
Monday April 25th 1924
I was sewing in the forenoon. Rob took me to town
about three oclock. I had a talk with Ott. Then
went to The Cemetery. I rode home with Cora and after
supper rode awhile with Ott & Fannie. Hattie and I went to S U I concert.
Tuesday April 29th 1924
Home most of the day. Down to Fannies late in PM.
Hattie to Mr McGees funeral. Mollie here to stay all
night. We had a ride with Rob driving after supper.
Wednesday April 30th 1924
I was sewing in forenoon. Hattie & Cora to a luncheon.
I went to M E Aid at Prof Teeters home in afternoon.
We rode after supper and Hattie & I to S U I play. Letter from Lydia, wrote to her.
Thursday May 1st 1924
I went as a guest with the girls to Mrs Koontz to a
luncheon. We rode after supper till time to leave. Hattie
at prayer meeting. Cora and I ate home for the evening.
Friday May 2nd 1924
Home in AM. We rode to Cedar Rapids in afternoon taking
Fannie with us. William & Mary came tonight. Letter from W. B. Mc---.
Saturday May 3rd 1924
Wrote Mattie Stitt, Mrs Falk & L. D. L. in AM. We girls all
went to picture show. Then I rode with Otts folks. They were all here for supper.
