Letter from Lizzie Lindley. Sunday May 11th 1924 I had a bad night with head ache. But went to church with The Whetstones. Rob took us out to dinner. Hattie & I rode with Ott & Fannie in afternoon. Evening at home. I looked over old papers. Hattie writing & reading. Monday May 12th 1924 Mormia did washing. I knit on bead bag. I rode to town with Fannie. Hattie to Home Board meeting and church supper. It has been a beautiful day. It is 38 years since Will and I were married. If I only had him now for a new home.
