good Bordeaux Sauce. 2 qts chopped cabbage 2 " green tomatoes 12 small onions chopped 4 good sized red peppers chopped 1 oz celery seed 1/4 lb mustard seed 1 gill salt (half cup) 1 cup sugar. Mix well and pour over vinegar enough to cover.
