Huntington Pudding Put a cup of rice and 3 pints of milk into a pail and let cook until the milk is absorbed, then add a piece of butter size of an egg. Beat the yolks of 3 eggs add this and peel of a lemon grated A little salt and 5 tablespoons of white sugar Put this in a pudding dish. Beat the whites of 3 eggs stiff and tablespoons sugar and the juice of the lemon.
