Fruit Puffs - Steamed. Makes 5 puffs 1 egg 1/2 cup sugar small tablespoon butter 1/2 cup large milk salt 1 large cup flour 2 small teaspoons baking powder. Raw potato will take mud stains from black materials. Aunt Jen's Corn Cake 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup corn meal 1 table S- sugar " " wheat flour 1 (or 2) eggs 2 tablespoons melted butter Measure after melting. 1 cup milk 1 teas. of soda & 2 of cream Tartar. Large cup Milk Bake 35 or 40 minutes
