Good Aunt Jens Light Plain Cake Cream 1 cup sugar & butter size of egg 1 egg beaten 1 cup large milk 3 teaspoons B. Powder 2 large cups flour Flavor to suit taste Angel Cake (2 eggs) Use egg beater 1 1/2 cups flour measured after sifting twice 1 cup sugar 2 teaspoon baking powder salt - Sift the above 4 times more - Then add 1 cup boiling milk. Beat well & fold in (not beat) the whites of 2 eggs well beaten Bake in slow oven 1 hour
