Escallaped Corn 6 ears of corn gash & scrape 1/2 cup rice boiled 26 minutes 2 tomatoes (large ones) Butter dish and add 1 layer of rice -- then one layer of tomato gashed fine. Then layer of corn and so on until dish is nearly full. Season each layer with bits of butter & pepper & salt -- Finish with toasted bread crumbs.
