Thursday November 30th 1916 A beautiful thanksgiving day. We were all at Hatties. I went down at 10:15. Will Bremmer came back this morning. We spent a pleasant day together. Will & Emily went home tonight. Rob brought me over for the 7:15. Will came before eight. Friday December 1st 1916 Ott is 57 years old today. I was busy about the house most of the forenoon. spent the afternoon down at Woolfs A letter from Minnie Culbertson says they have sold their home at North [Schined?] I am busy with fancy work for Christmas. Saturday December 2nd 1916 It was a fine day. Will went down town a couple of times. I was at home sewing all the spare time I had. Sunday December 3rd 1916 It was another fine day. I went down to church and Will was at Woolfs when I get back there for dinner. We came home at 3:30. I wrote some and read all evening. The Byingtons and Whetstones were on a long Auto trip. Monday December 4th 1916 I did some washing in forenoon. I went down to Coras to a little afternoon party at 2:15. Ron brought me to town so I came home on the 7:30. Did some fancy work. The clothes did not dry and I brought them in the house after I come home. Tuesday December 5th 1916 I got Wills dinner ready before I went down to Fannies to a meeting of the Presbyterian committee. a very nice time. I went to town about three oclock to get some things and was at The Episcopal bazaar a few moments. I came home at 4:30. I folded the clothes and did fancy work. weather good again. a letter from Ida so sorry we cannot come now.
