Mrs Williams and Mary did the washing. Tuesday April 1st 1919 I did not get up till about noon. Hattie was up in the forenoon but rested in afternoon. Franklin Pointain came to see me in the afternoon. I feel wretched Wednesday April 2nd 1919 Hattie up in the afternoon. I had a bad time most of the day with indigestion. Went to bed early. a letter from Alva Wenig. Thursday April 3rd 1919 Hattie up all day. I telephone Dr Smith and went to town with Rob after dinner for different medicine. Spent the afternoon with Ida who is suffering greatly. Home at 6 oclock. Friday April 4th 1919 I did not get up till nearly noon. Mr Grier came about one oclock to take me up to look over the place as he has rented it. How home-sick it made me. I will not attempt to take things out of the house till after the family come.
