Wednesday October 15th 1919 I went to town of an errand and back to Fannies at noon. She had Mrs Swisher and family for the day as it is both Fannies and Mrs Swishers birthday. It rained all afternoon. William took the girls to The Heberling wedding at The M E Church in the evening. Hattie and The Girls come with Rob. Thursday October 16th 1919 I was sewing some in forenoon. Birdie spent the time here. I walked to town at one oclock. Had my hair washed and went to Leslie Schencks to have work done on my teeth. Then to the cemetery. Stopped at Mr Gavorskys to see The Marker that is ready for Wills grave. I am so sad today. Hattie and the girls did not get home till bedtime. I was sewing. Friday October 17th 1919 Hattie had the folks all here for sinner. The girls went home in afternoon. I had my teeth finished. went up in Otts office and wrote Edith Mason. I had a letter from her. One from Joe Woolf and the marble firm at Havana, Illinois. I rode home with Rob. Hattie & Fannie out calling. fine day. a year tonight Will came from Delavan. 24 years since Charlie died.
