Wednesday June 22 1910 I was up early to get baking and wash done. Lizzie did some washing. Nell Swisher brought Mr Robinson out for dinner. It was very hot. Will & Mr Vaughn tore down the south garden fence and put some of the old pickets there. We girls visited on porch in evening Thursday June 23 1910 I did the regular work and sewed some on a skirt I am fixing. Lizzie went down to [Morgans?] where she and her folks were to take dinner. I went down at 5.12 taking butter and eggs to Fannie. I went on up home to supper where Lizzie was. We can home at 9.00. Friday June 24 1910 Lizzie went over to the old home this morning to look after some things. I did a washing and got dinner. In the afternoon I ironed and baked cake. Lizzie went over to Swishers to stay all night It was late when I got the evening work done I was so tired I went to bed early. Showers in other places made it some cooler. A letter from [Vera?] today says she will not come while it is so hot.
