Sunday September 24 1910 A fine day. Lizzie and I went to church by car. Will took and met us at the depot. I got dinner over and [Janine?] [Dames?] and children with her Mother were here in the afternoon. Ott told me today that Cousin Henry Hart At Los Angeles was dead. The word had come some days before. Monday September 26 1910 It was raining today so we could not go down to Fannies and more than that she was sick. We spent the day visiting quietly at home. I am working on my sweater I am making over. Tuesday September 27 1910 Spent the day at home. Weather [pleasanter?]. Hattie was out in afternoon. Will finished the sand from the barge early in afternoon and went up to see about a home that [Michael?] Williams has for sale. Rob cam out with his Mother and talked with us about buying Fred Stevens place and he will likely do so
