Dr Smith came early in the afternoon and gave hypodermic morphine. She got quiet by 4 oclock. Sunday August 27 1911 Mother more quiet today I sat with her most of the forenoon Uncle Jim was up in the afternoon and I talked with him Monday August 28 1911 Mr [Bremer?] very bad and they had sent for the boys George & wife and Will came this morning. She went to sleep soon after they laid her right in the bed. Mr [Bremer?] died at 5 oclock in the afternoon. I wrote some letters.
