Thursday June 18th 1914 We came home home at 8:30. I washed and ironed and did some other work. Will was down town awhile in the afternoon. We went back in the evening to see the fire works from the hill and staid all night. Friday June 19th 1914 Hattie went to the church to work all day. I finished up the morning work and LeGrand took us over in the Auto. The Parade was fine. We went up to the Presbyterian church for dinner and come home at 1:30. I found a letter here from Ida Cutter and Laura Mason. Ida came at 3:15 and out here. We went back after supper and over the river with LeGrand. Will & I came back over town with Rob Cora and her sister Ruth and husband. we finally went to the fire works and over the river to stay all night. Vene & Edith come tomorrow night. Saturday June 20th 1914 We came home at 8:30. I went up town to get some things I needed. I did a lot of cooking and got ready for the folks. Rob Cora Myron Ruth Hattie & Ida came out for supper. I went down at 10:15 to meet Vene and Edith and took them over to Hatties to stay all night. Sunday June 21st 1914 Will came for us this morning. Edith went to church with Hattie and came out after church. We spent the afternoon and evening writing. It turned very warm.
