Thursday June 20 1907 Will helped me put things back in the sitting room and I took up the parlor carpet, cleaned the floor and wood-work and washed some curtains. After dinner washed more curtains, put down the parlor carpet after Will cleaned it and then ironed the curtains. I was very tired when night came. Went to bed early. Friday June 21 1907 Will churned for me and baked bread and had other cooking to do. I did a little putting things to right but was too tired to do much. I went to town at 2.37 for some things I needed. came back at 4.20 did a little sewing before supper time It began to rain jist at night. The boys had the corn all plowed twice but a very [little?] Saturday June 22 1907 It was too wet to plow. Will went to town twice. Billy mowed the yard in forenoon and in the afternoon cleaned both chicken houses and put in new roosts. Put away all the old [illegible] and coops and did work about the yard and garden Will hoed in the garden after supper I put up curtains and the clean covers on my pillows and fixed a curtain for the parlor grate and did other sewing. A letter from Joe Woolf. She tells nothing of the Allen trouble.
