Sunday August 5 1907 I was busy with the house-work all forenoon Lorna and I went down home at 1.37 to visit with Bertha Williams. She and Hattie came up as far as Dayton's with us. It rained in the evening. They did not get home. Monday August 6 1907 Was busy with the work most of the forenoon. I did a little writing. We went to the grounds in the afternoon We were very tired and did not go back in the evening The boys busy with the hay. Tuesday August 7 1907 All the forenoon busy with the work. Went to the grounds in afternoon. Mr Long lectured again we expected to go back but then came up a bad storm early in the evening. Wednesday August 8 1907 I did a little washing in forenoon and got dinner Mr Rice lectured in afternoon at the grounds. I came home at 4.20 to get the supper. Hattie and Lorna came an hour later. We had supper and Will went back with us. There was a fine lecture and moving pictures. Weather [illegible] and fine
