Thursday September 19 1907 Miss [Weis?] came this morning and fitted the lining in my cloak and I finished the brown cloth skirt. She went after dinner. I sewed the rest of the afternoon. Friday September 20 1907 I sewed every minute I could spare from the work there is a lot of finishing work to do yet. and I began some muslin sewing as I have Hatties machine yet. Will has not done much but the chores this week. the weather has been very warm. Billy is digging potatoes. Saturday September 21st 1907 I was sewing all day and till bedtime I finished with Hattie's machine. Will was down home in the buggy this evening and brought me some supplies. he went to town by car in afternoon. weather much cooler. Sunday September 22 1907 There was a white frost this morning. I had to bake bread today in fact was busy the greater part of the day picking up after the sewing and putting the house in order. Will to the pasture in the morning. I got supper and wrote a long letter to Lydia in the evening.
