Saving...
Friday May 15 1908 Mrs Brown and Kate came out with Little [Daniel?] at 7.39 and stayed till 9.12. She goes at 11.05 I did not go down town with her. I felt wretched I went down to see Dr Smith after dinner. I was at the church to pay dues for missionary society. got some things and came home. Will began to plant corn this afternoon. Saturday May 16 1908 I had churning and bread baking but did not feel like doing any sweeping. It rained again last night so the boys could not do any field work till after dinner. Ann [Hensler?] was here for the day. It looked so like a storm that she went home at 7.12. I think I am feeling a little better. Bess had a fine mare mule this morning. Sunday May 17 1908 I took things slowly and was most of the forenoon with the work. Will went to the pasture and when he came back we had a talk over money matters. We are pleased that we have sold for we are going to get a chance to rest now. I read and wrote some in afternoon. A warm day.
