Sunday September 27 1908 It was a cold rainy day My eyes hurt me terribly but it was not fit to go in to see the doctor. I did the work and talked with Will. I slept some too. Monday September 28 1908 I did up the work and went down home before noon. I went to town early in the afternoon but did not get to see Dr Smith Came home to do evening chores. Could not read any. Tuesday September 29 1908 It was so cold that we put up the stove I did some sweeping and cleaning. I went down town in the afternoon and saw the doctor. Did evening work went to bed early. Wednesday September 30 1908 I churned this morning and got the work done. Art Jones with Will and Mr Will Ott did surveying Will was very tired I looked over some rag bags in afternoon my eyes still bad.
