Thursday December 1908 I was busy with the work all forenoon. Did churning and was down to the store of an errand. Will having the team work on the road hauling cinders. I went down to Woolfs in afternoon A letter from Lydia. Friday December 11 1908 I got up early to do the washing and had it all done before eleven oclock. It was cold but the clothes dried so I got the most of them ironed before supper. Will went to town in the afternoon. I peeled apples for mince meat in the evening. Saturday December 12 1908 It was ten years today since Edith was placed in the vault how time flies. I made mince-meat and baked a pie. had dinner early so I went down home at 12.12. Aunt Emmas family were there for the day. We had a nice afternoons visit. I came home at 4.39 Will at work about the place all day. I read a little and went to bed I was so very tired. Sunday December 13 1908 It was a fine morning. I hurried through the work and went to church. met the Andersons girls there. I came home and got the dinner over and did some other work it was the middle of the afternoon. I wrote to Lydia and Lizzie Lindley in the evening.
