Friday March 24th 1905
Father is 89 years old today. I made some tatting in the forenoon.
Will went to town on the 12:30. I got Walter to help me work and
I gave the shed and kitchen a good cleaning up. read in evening.
Saturday March 25th 1905
I did ironing and got dinner. Will went to town afternoon. came
home at four and burned the big brush pile in front yard. I sewed
all afternoon and read and made tatting in evening.
Sunday March 26th 1905
I read some in the forenoon, got the dinner, then did a little
writing and read in evening. Will about house. weather pleasant.
Monday March 27th 1905
I hurried through the morning work and Will took my basket of
things I was to take down home to the car for me. I did some
shopping and spent the day over home. Came home on the 5:30
car. Got supper and read in the evening. warm with showers today.
Tuesday March 28th 1905
I got the work done in the forenoon and sewed all afternoon
on my dressing sacque and in the evening worked on a
tatting collar and cuffs I am making for Lydia.
The boys are busy getting ready to farm.
