16th Friday February 6th 1874 I was sick last night and do not feel at all well today. I helped some about the work, and sewed a little Mother went to town in the afternoon. Mollie was in all the evening she played a long time for us. Hattie and Winnie were out sleigh riding a little while. Saturday February 7th 1874 I helped all the forenoon about the work immediately after dinner Rob took Winnie and I over to town in the sleigh we did ever so much running around town. I am getting up a party to be had at Folsoms, Monday night. It was a pleasant afternoon and we enjoyed ourselves ever so much. Hattie and Winnie expected company in the evening but were disappointed.
