72nd skirt what time I had, and had the dinner nearly ready when Mother came home. In the afternoon I sewed on Mother another dress I got considerable done to it and sewed till quite late in the evening. Still rainy and disagreeable. Friday June 12th 1874. I sewed most of the day on Mothers dress. Helped iron a little in the afternoon. Winnie went to the valley for Hattie. They did not get home till after we had eaten supper. Dick Given was here most of the evening I did not sew any after supper, But talked with Owen. Weather some pleasanter today. Saturday June 13th 1874. I helped a little with the work this morning and then Lee got the horse and buggy ready for me to go down town. He rode over with me I got some groceries and as Bartell and Rankin both wanted cream, Lee and I came back home after it. After we had
