91st we walked home. We did considerable shopping and made several calls. Did not get home till seven oclock. We ate our supper and I ironed till after ten oclock. Jim Folsom was here all the evening. I was awful tired when I went to bed. Tuesday July 28th 1874. I began to iron as soon as I got through my breakfast this morning. And did not get through till 12 oclock. I worked till five to get my trunk packed. I changed my dress and made me a little sleeveless jacket to wear away tonight. Frank and Anna Fletcher were here to supper. Frank, Hattie and Winnie walked over to the Pinney House with me. After they left me, I went back up town again, and soon after I got back Sade and I went to bed. Wednesday July 29th 1874. I got started this morning on the early train. I did not get much sleep last night as we went to a fire after we had been asleep.
