112th In the afternoon her family went to the timber on a nutting expedition I rode out as far as home with them. I changed my dress and after supper we all went down to the depot I stayed down to Etts that night. Sunday October 4th 1874 The first thing this morning I wrote to Charlie and went up and mailed the letter. I went to church and then out home. I wrote a letter to Rob in the afternoon. Went to church in the evening. Monday October 5th 1874. I began my school today. As it is pleasant I concluded to stay at home nights. I walked out in the morning and had a chance to ride home. I began Robs scarf today. In the evening Uncle and Lorna and I went to the depot. Aunty did not come tonight. Tuesday October 6th 1874. I rode to school this morning but walked back at night. A cloudy night and we did not go to the depot. I worked on Robs scarf some of the time, and practiced a little.
