Tuesday January 16th 1906 I telephoned to the Dr this morning and Will went down in the afternoon to get me some medicine. I did some mending in the afternoon and read all the evening. My back feels some better. Hattie not so well today. weather not so very cold after the storm. Churned today. Wednesday January 17th 1906 I was busy most of the forenoon doing some cooking. I feel some better. I can move a little faster than for the two days past. I read most of the afternoon. That Mrs Jones who was shot when Earnest Donner was, was buried today. Mrs Koser here in evening. Hattie better. Thursday January 18th 1906 I was busy with the work all forenoon. The boys were busy about the place. Frankie Pointain was here in the afternoon. I read all the evening. Friday January 19th 1906 I had a very busy forenoon. I baked bread and cake and washed out a few things. Will went to town in the afternoon. I read some and took a nap. I felt very tired. Hattie is about same. I read all the evening. I had a letter from Joe Woolf.
