Thursday March 8, 1906 I had churning and was busy with the work all forenoon. I read and sewed some in afternoon. weather far from pleasant. Will was about the place most of the day. The folks down home about the same Friday March 9th 1906 I did a lot of sweeping in the forenoon. Then I baked a cake before dinner time. Will went to town in the afternoon. I felt too tired when my work was done to do anything but read. I wrote a letter to Lydia Mason in the evening. Saturday March 10th 1906 I got my work done so I went down on the 9.30 car. I was at Dr Smiths office. he gave me more medicine. I did a few errands and got over home before dinner. Fannie & the boys went down to Stevens. Mother Hattie and I spent the afternoon very pleasantly. I came home with Will at 4 oclock. He came down at 12.30. Sunday March 11th 1906 It was a very cold day for the time of year. I did the regular work and read what spare time I had. Will about the house most of the day. Mother telephoned that John was sick last night. He is better today.
