Sunday October 28th 1906 I was most of the forenoon getting dinner. Alma came at 2.30. Mary Woolf was here a little while. Alma and I went down home awhile. Spent the evening visiting at home. weather cool. Monday October 29th 1906 I did baking in forenoon and got the dinner. Alma busy with sewing. we fixed her lunch box after dinner and went down at 1.30. It looked so stormy I came back on same car. Will churned for me and I did a lot of work, talked to Alma in evening. Was down to Mrs Robinsons awhile. Tuesday October 30th 1906 I cleaned out the refrigerator and the shed room and had dinner in good time. I went down home at 12.30, stopped at Fannies awhile, found Mother & Hattie alone. I came home at 4.05. I peeled my quinces in the evening. Will fixing hog floor. Wednesday October 31st 1906 I cleaned the garret in forenoon and put in all the afternoon worked in the chicken yard and with the chickens. Will and Mr Vaughn fixing feed floor. It was a fine day. Thursday November 1st 1906 A nice day. The men busy with the work. I was at home all day. I am having a good deal of care with my chickens. They are not well. I sewed a little and read in evening.
