Friday December 7th 1906 I was busy with the work all forenoon. I went down home at 12.37. Spent a pleasant afternoon. Am sorry Mother is troubled with eczema. I came back to town to do shopping home at 4.15. Did evening work. a busy evening. Saturday December 8th 1906 Was busy with work all forenoon. Had dinner early. Will went down home at 12.37. I went down to Woolfs in the buggy, had pleasant visit. Came home in good time. Got supper over and knit all evening. I had a letter from Joe Woolf, Lydia, Alma, and Anna Wentzel. a fine day. Sunday December 9th 1906 I was not away from home all day. Found plenty to keep me busy. weather unpleasant. I wrote in evening. It was eight years today since Edith died. Monday December 10th 1906 I worked all the spare time I had on the collars I am making for the Bazaar. weather cool and wintry. Hattie out in afternoon for their butter. went home at 5.37. Tuesday December 11th 1906 I worked at the collars. I finished them and did some other work. Will busy about the place. Weather some pleasanter than yesterday. I did churning this morning.
