Sunday December 16th 1906 I was busy about my work all forenoon. I went down to Woolfs in the afternoon. Jennie came while I was there and she offered to come out and stay with Will while I was away. I did evening work and wrote a letter to Lydia. a pleasant day. Monday December 17th 1906 I was finished a few things I need to take with me and to leave for presents here. Will thinks his face is some better. weather very good. Tuesday December 18th 1906 I was very busy about home all day. I did some knitting and churned and got the butter weighed out. Will sold 5 sows yesterday to Mr Frounholz for $62.50. The hog Will bought of Lucian Dennis is in the front lot. Wednesday December 19th 1906 It was a most beautiful winter day. I went down town at 9.37. Will went with me. i got some Christmas presents and went over the river for dinner. Will came back home. I was over to Aunt Libs for a call. I knit all the spare time I had. I came home at 4.20 and was busy till bed-time. Mother gave me money to buy a pair of glasses for Christmas present.
