Wednesday March 11th 1903 I was busy with baking and getting dinner all the forenoon. I washed windows in the afternoon and kept Nelson busy about the yard. Will walked to town in the afternoon. Lew Price came out and got the gray mares $300.00. Mollie was away for supper. I began a white dressing sacque. Thursday March 12th 1903 I had churning again and was busy with the work. Will went to town in the express after dinner and I went down home to spend the time he was in town. he drove the new horse he bought from Mr Franklin on Monday. They look for Fannie home tonight. her Mother is better. Gordon in town today. Friday March 13th 1903 It was such a nice day. I sewed on my white sacque besides doing the work. Mollie went to town tonight. Gordon gone to meet friends from the east and get another place. Will sold "Sam" today for $125. A year today Dr Murphy died.
