Friday May 1st 1903
I was busy with the work all forenoon and did
some sewing in the afternoon. I went down to
give Nellie Pointain a present as she is going
away. She was married at Thanksgiving to Mr
Hemphill. Mollie went home tonight.
Saturday May 2nd 1903
It rained by spells all day. I sewed all day
on different old things I was fixing. Will went to
town late in the afternoon. Bob Fletcher worked
a little while in the morning to finish the fence
around the big front yard. It looks nice.
Sunday May 3rd 1903
I was busy all forenoon with the work. Will went
to the pasture. In the afternoon we took a ride
& went on down home leaving him at Woolfs
and stopped there on my way back. We came
home early to do the evening work. It was cool
for the time of year. Mollie came back before
night. She has not been very well.
