Friday May 15th 1903 Will finished planting one field last night. he got more seed corn this morning and in the afternoon made garden and cut weeds about the yard. Lib came for Mollie. I went in town. I found Mother some better. Hattie went to town with me. We met Mollie. The girls helped me select a hat. It was late when I got the evening work done. Will & Mary Woolf and Fred Stevebs and Emma McCallister here for a call. fine day. Mary brought me a rug that Mollie Lucas made for me. Saturday May 16th 1903 Will churned for me before going to town. I set some hens. I do not feel like work my arms ache so. Will went back to town in the afternoon but I stayed and finished my dress and dressing sacque. Bob Fachler has worked at painting the house all week. It is nearly done. Sunday May 17th 1903 I did not feel like doing only just what I had to. I read and wrote some. Will & Mary Woolf were here a little while. Mollie came back tonight.
