Sunday May 24th 1903
I was busy about the house most of the forenoon.
I did not feel well. Will was out about the
place. Belle has a little mare colt. I read and
wrote in the afternoon. Mollie came back and we
visited all evening. She had been out to Mary price.
Monday May 25th 1903
I had churning to do and got a nice dinner. In
the afternoon I went down home. Mother was not
quite so well. I took some sewing to do on Hatties
machine. Did evening work after coming home.
Tuesday May 26th 1903
I was busy with the wash and did some sewing.
Will went to town. I would have gone in the afternoon
but the weather was not fit. Walter is doing work
about the place. The Fachler trial is going on.
Wednesday May 27th 1903
There was a terrible storm last night. Will spent
the day in town. I was sewing when not busy with
the work. Mother is about the same.
