Monday June 4th 1900 We got up early this morning as Will wanted to take the hogs to town. Mort stayed and washed and churned for me. I helped Will fix a screen door in the afternoon and ironed. The hogs brought $183.21 Tuesday June 5th 1900 I got up a nice dinner thinking Mary Woolf & Jamie would come down but they did not come. I took a nap in the afternoon. Will sold some more stock to Foreman Hill tonight for which he got $85.00 The boys are plowing corn the second time over. Wednesday June 6th 1900 Will took one hog to town this morning and went over home for his dinner and brought their hog to town I was busy about the work a great part of the day. Thursday June 7th 1900 I did baking and churning in the forenoon. After dinner went up to Nelsons, no one there but Uncle George. Will went up to the pasture to look for a young calf found it dead Friday June 8th 1900. Will and I took up the butter and went out to the farm with our dinner. We had such a good time looking over the house and making plans. We went over up to Danvers for a little while, and stopped to see how Lee was as we came along
