Tuesday September 11th 1900 Will helped me wash in the morning but the wind blew so I put the clothes to soak. I was busy about the house a great part of the afternoon. The boys brought another cow down from the pasture and Will went to Hill Siding. Wednesday September 12th 1900 I put the clothes out, churned a little and got dinner by eleven oclock. The boys went to town with two big loads of oats. I too went to town in the afternoon, paid my church subscription and did some collecting. I was over home just a few moments. They are all doing well. Thursday September 13th 1900 I had churning and ironing on hand and the butter to get ready to go to town. I baked a cake to take up home. The boys took two more big loads of oats to town today. I was down to Callies a little while in the afternoon. Friday September 14th 1900 I took the butter up this morning. I went past Mrs [Cormans] on Summit St to pay missionary dues. I was only over home a few moments as I had got peaches and wanted to come home and put them up. I did some baking in the afternoon and in fact was till late bed-time getting through with it. I had 15 qts of peaches
