Blackberry Cordial 5 Qts Juice 5 lbs Sugar 1 Qt Brandy 1 oz Cloves 1 oz Cinnamon 3 Nutmegs. Strain the Juice as you would currants - and after you put the Juice Sugar & spice boil them till the scum has all risen, then pour it out and add the Brandy and strain it
