The Woolf family came out after church to take dinner with us. Father & Mother were out in the afternioon. After they had all gone home I did my evening work and got some supper. Tuesday October 2nd 1894 I got my work some up and made a bottle of apple preserves before dinner. Will went down town with me in the afternoon. We were both over home. Hattie is busy with a dress maker. Will got a dispatch from Will Culbertson saying he was on the way here. It was late when I got through my evening work. I was as surpirsed as I was pleased to see her. We spent the day visiting. It
