Fruiday October 12th 1894 I was busy with the house work all forenoon. I had an early dinner and went to town alone in the afternoon. Did not go over the river. Will did not feel well in the forenoon. But in the afternoon cleared of the garden and sowed some rye on the ground. Saturday October 14th 1894 It was a fine day. I got my work done so we went to church. It was the first sermon Dr Brush preached after coming from Conference. I got our dinner after coming home and we went up to Westenhours to spend the afternoon. After supper wrote some and talked to Will. Monday October 15th 1894 It was fine day. Will went in home for his corn crib he had stored there. Simon cleaned out the cellar and began putting in the winter apples. I swept the house all over and got the dinner. After dinner I did dusting and cleaned the cellar shelves. Tuesday October 16th 1894 Will went to Ed Cliffords sale. I was busy with the work all forenoon. Father and Mother were here for dinner. They had been to Hankies for apples. It was a pleasant day. After they went home I did my evening work.
