80 and give ye patient to drink as hot as he can suffer it and let him drink a draught of ye malmsey after it and so sweat. Iif he be vehemently infected he will bring ye medicine up again. Bbut you must apply the same very often day and night till he brooke it for so long as he doth bring it up again there is [danger?] in him but if he once brooke it there is no dought of his recovery by ye grace of God provided then when ye party infected hath taken ye aforesaid medicine and sweateth if he bring it up again then you must give him ye aforesaid quantity of malmsey and grains but no treacle for it will be to hot for him being in a sweat this. med:
