To make teeth stand fast [137[page number]] Take the roots of Vervin in cold wine, and wash the teeth theierwith To make Horse-radish drink Take half a pound of horseradish then wash and Scrape them very clean and Slice them very thin. then put them into Six quarts of ale. put it into a pipkin close covered. Set it on ye Embers. keep it [illegible] warm for 12 houres then take it of ye fire and let it stand to cool then put the clear liquor into bottles and keep it for your use. drink a good draught in the morning. fasting two houres after and att four in ye afternoon [illegible]
