For a Fellon in a Joynt Dry Bay Salt and beat it into powder and mixe it with the yolk of an Egg and apply it to yr Grieved place in ye beginning but if it be broken then take the juyce of GroundSel the yolk of an Egge a little Honey and Rye flower mix them well together and so apply it For worms in Children Take 3 pound of prunes [illegible] sweet fennel seed. [Zifs?] Rhubarb [zifs?] tie all these in a bag with a stone to it and put them into a Quantity of water then put prunes on ye top and let it stew 6 or 7 hours till ye Liquor be even
