An Easie and sure way if a Chimney be on fire how to Exhinguish it Take ye fire from ye heath and get a Tub of water in ye Chimney in ye place thereof Then wet a blanket in water and nail it to ye mantle piece and Sides of the Chimney. to keep ye air from ye Chimney which done you will soon find ye Effects for ye humidness of ye water will soon cause all ye fire to tumble down. July the 8th 1741 A Souldier was drowned in the hatch-hole att west mill in Amesbury John Burnish a gardiner att battersea his wife was delivered of 7 Chilldren In one year. In ye year of 1757 died one Colloch in Scotland Aged 132
