fier under ym yt ye may boyle as fast as ye can if ye be smale 6 or 7 minits will boyle ym yu may knowe when ye are anoufe by tastin: when anoufe pore ym quick into a sive yn have a drie cloth as before & lay ym on as quick as yu can though scolding hot & lay a cloth one ym & role ym litely up Lay ym in a cole plase to cole as quick as yu can: when through cold & all ye water sokt from ym put ym into smale botles: put a bit of mase into evary botle or more if yu like it yn fill yr botles with white wine viniger & corke & rosen ym up close & set ym in a sellar ye are apt to change there culer if opend 2 or 3 times makes ym be put in smale botles To Green Cocumbers or cidny bans smale ons or grate Lay yr cocumebers in a well laded pot Lay a slate one ym & ceep it downe with stons but not to havi it will bruse ym yn have rady boyleing halfe brine yt hath boyld & beene scomd for nere halfe an oure pore it boyleing hot one ym yn have rady a grate many fold of a clouth & a string & tie it close too ceep in all ye
