153rd Saturday March 8th 1873 I was busy sewing all day. Kate Higgins spent the day here and stayed all night. Jim and Arth took dinner here. A pleasant day. Sunday March 9th 1873 I felt almost sick today. I read some and wrote a short letter to Mr H_ and walked over to Folsoms in the afternoon with Katie. A pleasant day. I went to bed early. Monday March 10th 1873 I walked out to school this morning and Lee brought the horse out for me to ride home. I sewed all the evening. Tuesday March 11th 1873 I walked to school and Lee came afer me at night. I had a letter from Mr Huebner I sewed all the evening Wednesday March 12th 1873 I walked to school today and in the evening rode home with Charlie on the waggon. I had a letter from Cousin Vene. I sewed in the evening and Jim Folsom was here. A pleasant day and evening.
