186th In the afternoon I took them over to the office called to see Mrs Warner McCall. I stopped and talked to Mr Rankin some time. It was about night when I got home. Monday July 21st 1873 I washed and ironed both today. I was so tired I was sick at night. Tuesday July 22nd 1873. I did not feel at all well today Winnie and I went to town I came home alone. I called at McCalls today. They will visit here on Friday. I got material to make me a white waist and overskirt, cut it out this afternoon. Had a letter from J.J. Wednesday July 23rd 1873 I finished my white waist and over-skirt today Winnie and I baked cake after dinner and Mother and I went to town just before supper. Mr Given brought Winnie a new trunk over this afternoon she got it almost packed She will start tomorrow evening for Milford Indianna to visit her sister Laura. Hattie spent the afternoon at Billingsleys I had a letter and a present from J.J.H.
