To Pickle Kidnea Beans Get your beans when thay fitt for boiling, & boil em' in salt & water till thay'n tender then take em from the water, & put em' into vineger when thay'r cold. To Pickle Mushroms Geather your mushrooms when thay [illegible] & rub em' with a [illegible] in salt & water, keeping them in salt salt & water till thay all done, then put em' into fresh salt & water & set in on the fire & let them boile a quarter of an houre skiming them well.
