a [Fregaire?] of Mushrooms put your Mushrooms when dress'd into a pan with salt & an Onion & a few whole peppercorns let e'm stew till thay'r enough then thicken e'm up with a bitt of butter worked up in flowr some cream & chopt'd parsley toss it & serve it up To make Fritters to a pt of Cream put 4 eggs well beaten make it pritty thick with flowr, so as it will hang a bout a slice of Apple put it into boyling [seam?] & fry e'm crist
