March, TUESDAY, 17, 1863. I wrote a letter to Lucretia Henderson inclosing a white Clam shell ring for Her accompanied with some advice, I played a few games. 'a rainy day' WEDNESDAY, 18. Recd. a letter from Jane acknowledging the receipt of letter & ring. I made two shell rings one for Judson and one for Frank. THURSDAY, 19. Went to Class meeting and spoke by request of Reader, I wrote to Jane sending two rings for Judson & Frank. equinoxial storm the roof was blown off our Barracks and we had to take rain & Hail.
