Dell delight Iowa November TUESDAY, 3, 1863. Went down to Georges and made Arangements with Ben. Sharp for Renting our farm. Brought back our Colts & Hitched to the Buggy & Jane & I went down to Hariets Henderson WEDNESDAY, 4. We are Confined to House on acount of Heavey Rain storms, it Rained all day. I am Reading Ravenshoe Sold half of a steer belonging to me to G. L. H for $8,00 THURSDAY 5. I drove our Colts to Clermont with some Corn for Alick. drove them on a Buggy. Stoped at John Durnos tonight
